• final size needed
• style and complexity
• file formats required
• if you need art direction
• if you are providing reference material for a painting/illustration or all photos needed for a photo collage
• how that material will be provided (for instance, if I have to do any scanning)
• number of illustrations needed
• how they will be reproduced (offset print, web, large format print,etc.)
• how many versions you want for a preliminary presentation

If you don't have photos ready to go, I may be able to provide original photography – location or studio, or I can include stock imgages.
